When your company offers pay on demand (POD), you’re offering a unique and growing benefit to your employees. Pay on demand allows employees to access wages they’ve already earned from completed shifts without waiting until the end of the pay period. All of this occurs without the employer needing to front the capital. Also, there are no fees to the business or employee. Notably, this new benefit doesn’t require changes to employer payroll. The money is advanced by Clair, our third-party provider.

Clair offers free wage advances to employees at the end of each shift.

Requested advances are transferred to the Clair account with cash available immediately for use with the Clair Debit Mastercard® for every day purchases, to withdraw cash at an ATM, or transfer to another account.

Advances are automatically deducted once the employee direct deposit is made.
